[Explicit language] Students in Frank Dachille's Upper School history course interviewed alumni in preparation for a Morning Ex about Memorial Day and the wall of names of fallen NSCDS veterans in the Auditorium. In this interview, Chuck (standing) and Bud (sitting) Goodrich '38 recall entering the Army, their first military breakfast, saying goodbye to their mother, training at Fort Bragg, traveling across the Atlantic by boat, being stationed in Iceland, stationed in England, fighting in Europe, and remembering their classmates who died in training or in battle during the war.
